• Email Address: Used for Firebase Authentication to create and access your account
• Password: Securely stored by Firebase Authentication (we never see your actual password)
• Full Name: To identify you within the system
• OJT Time Logs: Your manually entered shift times, dates, and hours worked
• Target Hours: Your required OJT hours for tracking progress

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely for:

• Authenticating your login to the system
• Storing and displaying your OJT time logs
• Calculating your progress toward your target hours
• Allowing you to track and manage your own OJT shifts

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

Your data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore Database and Firebase Authentication). Firebase is a secure cloud platform provided by Google. We use Firebase solely for data storage and authentication.

4. Data Security

• Passwords are encrypted and managed by Firebase Authentication
• Data is stored in secure Firebase Firestore databases
• Only you can access your own time logs (enforced by Firestore security rules)
• All connections use HTTPS encryption

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access Your Data: View all your time logs and account information within the dashboard
• Edit Your Data: Modify or delete any shift entries you've created
• Delete Your Account: Request complete account deletion by contacting the developer
• Export Your Data: Request a copy of your data by contacting the developer

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact the developer. Upon request, all your data will be permanently deleted from Firebase.
